Closing Up Activity - Unit 4

Students prepare some recipes of their favourite meals. Enjoy them!

Guada A's recipe

-110 gr of flour
-400 gr of sugar
-200 gr of chocolate
-200 gr of butter
-5 eggs
...-nuts

Beat the sugar with the eggs until slightly foamy, melt the butter and chocolate and combine both preparations.
Add the flour surrounding form and incorporate the nuts. Then, put it in a pan and introduce it in the oven. Let it bake during 25 or 30 minutes.Ver más

Barbi's recipe

My favorite dessert is Cheesecake, which is made from cheese and crackers. It can be served with fresh salsa or merengue.

-INGREDIENTS:
500 grs cream cheese, 500 grs of vanilla wafers, 150 grs of butter, 100 grs of sugar and 4 eggs

...-PREPARATION:
Blend cookies and add melted butter before mixing well.
Line a mold with this preparation.
Then beat the cheese with the eggs and sugar to form a creamy mixture.
Pour over cookie base.
Bake at 180 º C to the consistency and lightly browned on top.
Let it cool, unmold and decorate to taste.
For decoration you can get a strawberry sauce, strawberries or berries, whipped cream or meringue.

Juan's recipe

Potato Omelette

-Parsley
-3 Potatoe
-1 Onion
...-5 Eggs
-A cup of oil
-100 g of butter
-Salt and Pepper

Procedure:

-Peel potatoes, cut in half lengthwise and then thinly slice into half.
-Peel and chop the onion in the same shape but a little thicker.
-Heat oil in a frying pan, add the butter, and when the butter is melted add the potatoes and onions.
-Cook at minimum and medium
-When potatoes are cooked remove with a slotted spoon.
-Break the eggs, placing the contents into a bowl and mix until smooth.
-Stir in potatoes and onions to egg mixture, season with salt, pepper and parsley.
-Mix well
-Heat a skillet (preferably nonstick) put a couple tablespoons of oil let warm up well and put the mixture.
-when it is solid, low the heat
-When the bottom of the omelette is golden brown and cooked something inside, turn.
-cook the other side of the omelet, remove and serve.
